Values shown for four single family homes with the following 2023 assessed values:- $503,197 in 2024. This is listed as the 2024 average value. It is the 58.6th percentile, meaning 58.6% of single family homes have lower valuations. It should not be confused with the median or 50th percentile. Half of all homes have a valuation less than or equal to the median. According to the tax roll I have the 2024 median is $471,000. The median exemption-adjusted valuation is $457,000.
